Projects (P)

• How to Organize:

  • Create a separate folder or digital space for each project.

  • Name each project folder clearly with the project's name and, if applicable, its deadline.

  • Include all relevant documents, notes, tasks, and deadlines within this folder.

• Examples: "Develop Mobile App - Q4 2024", "Marketing Plan for Product Launch".

Areas (A)

• Definition: Areas of responsibility are ongoing concerns or aspects of your personal and professional life that require regular attention and maintenance.

• How to Organize:

  • Designate a specific folder or section for each area of responsibility.

Resources (R)
